    1) Efficient & Professional executions of assigned work as per the required quality standards within the allocated man hours to the set targets accordance with the relevant instructions given by the Foreman.

    4) Maintaining & careful use of tools & equipments and reporting of defective tools to the concerned Foreman.

    8) Perform any other job related duties as assigned by the department.
    9) Co-operation with co-workers.
    10) Welds various fitting to different sizes of pipe and plate welding

    1. Designs, constructs, remodels, retrofits and repairs interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall, plaster, concrete or bricks.
    2. Designs constructs, retrofits, and repairs cabinets, tables, shelves, benches, benches, partitions, flooring, door and window frames, and other types of furniture.
    3. Cleans, maintains, adjusts, calibrates and services equipment used in the performance of duties.
    4. Installs repairs and maintains building roofs.
    5. Maintains appropriate service and repair records.

    Naval Architect

    1. Design, research, construct, maintain, and repair ships and other marine vessels and installations.
    2. Design evaluation and development, and coordination of a team of professionals who work on any given project.
    3. Ensure that a project is completed safely, effectively, and within time and budget. Involved in a project from the planning stage to product delivery, and typically manage and oversee all the stages of design, development, and construction. Procure components and equipment and deal with any issues related to the economics of maritime operations.
    4. Risk analysis - assess different designs and evaluate their stability and strength.
    5. Design and maintenance of working vessels such as rescue boats, ferries, yachts, warships, and merchant ships, including passenger liners, cargo ships and tankers. Responsible for the design and construction of off-shore drilling platforms and other marine installations.
    6. Design entire vessels or individual components and equipment, and responsible for ensuring that the design complies with all the relevant regulations and that it is technically sound.
    7. Perform basic Naval Architecture calculations
    8. Perform Structural Analysis by using basic methods
    9. Perform Structural Scantlings Calculations based on Classification Rules
    10. Prepare designs for Stern gear supports and Equipment foundations
    11. Prepare Classification level structural drawings & Block drawings.
    12. Provide support for the preparations of shipboard machinery, piping systems and propulsion system layout and arrangement.
    13. Participate in ship checks and participate in project agenda meetings.
    14. To have working knowledge of shipboard machinery, piping systems and propulsion system.
    15. Hands on experience and knowledge in the use of MS Office, AutoCAD software systems.
    16. Maintain Technical documents and files
    17. Review Shipbuilding drawings, reports and technical manuals
    18. Read and understand Inclining Experiment Reports, Stability Booklets and power predictions.
    19. Conduct Inclining Experiment and prepare Stability Booklet
    20. Serve as point of contact for design support for production
    21. Act as primary point of contact for liaising with various design agents and vendors as required for developing the design and production drawings
    22. Supervising Draughtsman in the preparation of Engineering Standard Drawings
    23. Liaising with Classification Societies as required during the development of the design and production drawings and then issue the necessary updated data to the production area
    24. Handle Correspondence for the design and drawing issues related to the project
    25. Handle Correspondence for the design issues whenever a design consultant/Design partner shipyard is involved in any of the project
    26. To be part of the regular activities of the company in terms of projects and the company system improvements or changes

    Skills:
    1. Must have an excellent knowledge of Naval Architectural Calculations, Hydrostatics, Hydrodynamics, Structural analysis, construction, and many other fields of engineering, and they must always stay informed about the latest developments in technology.
    2. Good communication and supervisory skills.
    3. Provide clients with technical solutions and guidance, and they are good at explaining technical and regulatory concepts to people who are unfamiliar with them.
    4. Have strong IT skills and know how to use computer-aided design (CAD) software
    5. Organizational and project management skills will be an asset.

    Qualifications:
    1. Professionals with backgrounds in marine science and engineering disciplines
    2. Degree in Naval Architecture.

    Marine Draftsman

    1. Responsible for making detailed structural, outfitting and piping drawings for ship building projects.
    2. Establishing liaison with architects and engineers in order to understand the nature of the project.
    3. Ability to create manual and computer based drawings.
    4. Must have the skills to create 2D & 3D drawings (ACAD 2D and 3D, Rhino, Shipconstructor).
    5. The draftsman should be able to create drawings according to the requirements of the client.
    6. Creates required CAD shop drawings and fly sketches for construction.
    7. Able to prepare detailed construction drawings such as longitudinal profiles, Cross-section etc.
    8. Generate BOQ’s based on the design and drawings.
    9. Liaise with Project Manager and Client Engineer to understand their needs.
    10. Co-ordinates project-specific tasks and provide necessary supports.
    11. Provide and update project reports, schedules, budgets and execution plans.
    12. Follows Company policies and procedures.
    13. Manages time effectively.
    14. Additional duties as and when required.
    15. Co-ordinate with the architects and engineers in order to add to the value of the work or add aesthetic value to the sketches.
    16. Incorporate changes or modifications according to the suggestions of the architect or the engineer.
    17. Ability to put thoughts into action as far as making drawings are concerned.
    18. After the completion of the initial sketches, the draftsman presents them to the architect for review and appropriate implementation.
    19. Prepare nesting package and issue for production purposes
    20. Develop Engineering Standards as required
    Attend technical meetings or surveys based on the requirements.

    Qualifications: Minimum 5 years Marine industry experience.
    Have passed the certification program required for work (diploma or equivalent).

    Sufficient marine experience.
    UAE Experience preferred.

    Marine Sales Engineer

    1. Manage existing customer and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
    2. On sales enquires/ proposal from customers
    3. Prepare sales visits, maintain customer contact database and update project status/ activity reports on daily basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor
    4. Facilitate meetings and workshops/ trainings with customers for the Management and Product / Service Marketing as required
    5. Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    6. Maintain a sound technical/ application knowledge base on all products / services
    7. Increase sales of existing accounts
    8. Working closely with existing Clients who are Top Tier MNC
    9. Maintain close relationship with decision makers

    Requirements: 
    1. Diploma in Mechanical / Marine Engineering or related
    2. At least 2 years Sales experiences in Marine / Offshore industries
    3. Good communication skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage
    4. Proven Sales track record
    5. Sound knowledge & familiarity with Marine / Offshore shipyard / Rig customers
    6. Proficient in MS Office
